I'm Peggens Altidor, a Haitian American entrepreneur and AI architect. My story is one of constant evolution -- from working in production and hospitality, where I learned the irreplaceable value of precision, service, and reading the room, to building AI-powered systems that carry those same values into the digital world.
My background in hospitality taught me something that no coding bootcamp ever could: technology only matters when it serves people well. That principle shapes everything I build -- from AI agents with genuine personality to travel experiences with cultural depth to wellness programs rooted in ancestral wisdom.
Today, I operate under Altidor Wellness LLC, with flywithpeggs as my consumer-facing brand. I bring together three disciplines -- AI consulting, travel planning, and wellness coaching -- under one philosophy: precision, empathy, and story.
